What is Reserve Health Readiness Program III (RHRP - 3)?RHRP-3 provides health readiness support services, such as mental health assessments and post-deployment health reassessments, to the military Reserve Components nationwide and Active Duty Components in remote areas.
Health assessments services are performed by group events, in-clinic individual appointments, and by providing call center support.
What part would you play in this role?The Staffing Coordinator Sr.
is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordinating, and execution of staffing needs for RHRP-3 group events in order to achieve Timeliness, Quality, and Customer Service goals and objectives.
In this rewarding role, you will:
Fulfill all staffing requirements for Region 3 RHRP-3 group events to include collaboration with staffing agencies Ensure that proper staffing is assigned to Region 3 RHRP-3 group events; work with staffing agencies to provide backup staff if assigned staff are unable to make the group event Monitor and track all licenses, requirements and certifications of all contracted medical support staff Participate in cross-functional team projects at all levels (e.
g.
process improvement projects) Assist Event Managers in the planning and execution phase of group events Assist in developing reports and analysis to assess effectiveness of staffing efforts Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned You must have:
High School degree or equivalent or 2 years of experience in lieu 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role within human resources preferably in a medical/clinical environment Must be able to successfully pass contractually required Federal background check Contract requires U.

Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) Preferred:
Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to prioritize and delegate effectively Ability to organize, plan and coordinate multiple tasks with a high sense of urgency and follow through Ability to identify and resolve operational inconsistencies.
