The Human Resources Professional Development Program (HRPDP) is designed to strengthen the Human Resources talent pipeline by hiring high potentials and accelerating their foundational learning of HR and of Caterpillar through a rotational program focused on providing diverse on-the-job experiences preparing them to become future Caterpillar leaders.
Through this program, you will have the opportunity to explore various areas of the business with intentional HR assignments which generally include an HR Generalist role in one of our Manufacturing facilities and an HR specialist/strategic project role in one of our Centers of Excellence and/or our HR Operations & Technology teams.
Your peers, assignment leaders, and business partners will mentor you through the program as you learn and grow with our team.
Solutions our HR PDPs could be involved with include:

Counseling the business on employee and/or labor relations challenges to ensure high-performing teams and an inclusive environment
Deploying recruitment solutions to increase the diversity of workforce composition
Identification of talent visibility and awareness solutions to enable cross-population of talent for the enterprise
Comprehensive HR data analysis to identify insights to make better decisions and drive efficiencies for the business Basic
Qualifications:

Currently attending a 4-year accredited university/college or have completed a minimum
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related major
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.

HR Internship experience with manufacturing and/or technology-based company

Summary Pay Range:
$75,900.
00 - $124,920.
00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
