Job Description:
o Assist military and government service personnel in the preparation, and execution of the training/exercise events.
o The Defense Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) Response Force (DCRF) Observer Controller/Trainer (OC/T) and Command and Control CBRN Response Element (C2CRE) OC/T Team requires exercise support service CBRN Survey Evaluation Analyst to enable DCRF Technical Support Forces (TSF) training and evaluation mission capability within the team.
o Planning and coordination may include the development of training Master Scenario Event Lists (MSEL) or other scripted training scenarios to develop CBRN Survey Evaluation Analyst skills.
o Planning and coordination may include unit or venue specific visits, including planning meetings and Site Surveys.
o During the execution of DCRF and C2CRE A&B TSF training exercises and evaluations, contractor support will focus on CBRN reconnaissance, casualty recovery, and technical decontamination
Qualifications:
o Deep understanding of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threats, as well as the principles and practices of CBRN defense, detection, reconnaissance, decontamination, and casualty recovery.
o Ability to design, develop, and execute training scenarios and exercises, including creating Master Scenario Event Lists (MSELs).
o Strong analytical skills to evaluate the performance of military and government personnel during exercises and identify areas for improvement.
o Effective planning, organization, and coordination skills to support the development and execution of training exercises.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying instructions, providing feedback, and interacting with military and government personnel at various levels.
o Familiarity with the equipment and tools used in CBRN operations, reconnaissance, casualty recovery, and technical decontamination for effective support.
o Precise observation and documentation skills to accurately assess and evaluate the execution of CBRN operations.
o Ability to adapt to changing scenarios and circumstances.
