San Antonio, TX San Antonio, TX Full-time Full-time $20 - $25 an hour $20 - $25 an hour Project Coordinator Brief Description The position of project coordinator consists of being responsible for assisting the Engineer in Training (EIT) and the Professional Engineer (PE) with project tasks to ensure we have necessary documentation to meet project submittal deadlines.
Position Expectations:
We are looking for a highly motivated project coordinator who is able to work both independently and in a team environment.
This individual must be able to execute daily tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
This position requires project coordination tasks which will require high levels of organization, tracking and contractor follow up.
Tasks Tracking deadlines and coordinating with subconsultants and contractors as well as internal team members Logging product submittals and following up on deadlines Setting up product submittals, permit documents, RFIs, ASI's Downloading, logging in, and tracking documents through online database Transcribing handwritten notes into digital format Formatting documents in Word for submittals Creating excel spreadsheets for tracking purposes Preparing and submitting building permits to various municipalities Preparation of project Specifications Office Skills Requested:
Excel knowledge (moderate to high) Word (moderate to high) Adobe Acrobat (Moderate to high) Microsoft Outlook (moderate to high) Powerpoint Auto CAD experience a plus Schedule Expectations:
40-hour work week required hours as follows:
Monday-Thursday 7:
30AM-5:
30PM Friday 8:
