Description We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Call Center Agent/Customer Service representative to join our team in our San Antonio, TX office.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact and provide support and resolutions to their inquiries.
Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product and service offerings Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure satisfaction Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to effectively answer customer queries Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism Update customer information in the company database during and after each call Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using computer systems and software applications Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure Friendly and positive attitude towards customers To apply, please submit your resume along with a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and language skills.
