MTR provides civil engineering design, land surveying and planning consulting services for commercial, residential, governmental, religious, recreational, educational, and municipal developments.
Brief Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated administrative assistant who can work well in a team environment.
This individual must be able to execute administrative and clerical tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth operations on various projects.
Typical
Responsibilities:
Help organizing emails by project and priority.
Create scans/copies when needed for team personnel.
Working on a team of at least ten (10) members.
Organizing tasks and priorities for multiple projects across the team.
Download documents from online FTP (File Transfer Protocol) sites and filing them on our local server.
Schedule meetings associated with team events/milestones.
Assist in the calendar management of the team lead.
Assist in data entry.
Schedule for pickup or receive deliveries when needed.
Assist in projects such as Specifications or special projects (IE:
formatting documents) to ensure professional and accurate presentation.
Coordinate team lunches and/or dinners when necessary.
Perform Job Form/Job Set Up Entry as needed.
Notary Public in Texas or willing to become a Notary Public in Texas.

) Deliver documents requiring notarized signature and return with notarized documents.
Must be a Texas Resident at least 18 years of age who has not received a final conviction for a crime involving a moral turpitude or a felony.
