This Class Starts :
1/2/24 No Sales, No Collections Inbound Customer Service and Basic Computer Knowledge.
Responsibilities Provide accurate, valid and complete information Handle customer requests, provide appropriate resolutions Support customers with their debit accounts Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries.
Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers.
Recommend products that best suit the customer.
Ability to read and interpret documents.
Skills Excellent customer service experience Great communication skills High school diploma/GED Background Check Training 3 Week Paid Onsite Training (M-F) Schedules are 2nd Shift.
Schedules are Full Time 40hrs/week.
Overtime is also available.
