You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled Handle customer complaints or concerns Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing You own this if you have High school degree Self-motivated, always curious, and consistently eager to learn.
Problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
