Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in-person and over the phone - Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and technical support - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services - Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience - Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a clean and inviting store environment Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus - Strong technical sales skills, particularly in wireless or electronics sales - Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment Note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
