The Dispatcher/Customer Service role is responsible for updating customer job tracking portals in concert with MWI's job management system, as well as acting as a backup dispatcher for MWI's Facility Service Group.
This position requires a highly detailed and reliable person who is team oriented and has good computer skills as well as experience dispatching.
Essential Duties:
Maintain and update client online portals, ensuring accurate and up to date information for MWI customers Upload documents, schedules and project details Onboard new customers, ensuring all necessary forms and paperwork are completed Furnish new customers with W-9 forms, ensure customer tax status documentation is in order Professionally answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate team members and assist with general inquiries Perform other duties as required to support the Accounting Department Requirements:
3 years experience in client portal management, preferably in the mechanical service industry Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Work, Outlook, Excel Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
