Provides administrative support for the Human Resources Department and responds to the needs of visitors.
Creates, files, and maintains employee personnel, benefits, and payroll files.
Inputs new hire data, as needed, into ADP HRIS system.
Greets visitors and determines needs to assist or direct inquiries as required.
Responds to telephone inquiries in the same manner.
Provides a variety of assistance in support of employee services.
Works with all HR departments in coordinating, scheduling, and hosting events.
Assists during new hire in-processing by taking employee badge photos and completing I-9 documents.
Updates information on Synergy and credit union platforms as needed.
Orders name tags from outside vendors.
Works with other HR teams in projects that support HR strategic goals and overall vision.
Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience or customer service experience.
Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly MS Word and Excel.
Manage several projects simultaneously.
Work independently with minimal supervision and to meet deadlines.
Problem solving skills, attention to detail, able to multi-task.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work in flexible, high volume environment and maintain strict confidentiality.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
