In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support.
You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and friendly customer service via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:
