TS/SCI Administrative Assistant
Insight Global is looking for a motivated Top-Secret cleared Administrative Assistant to join a federal client in San Antonio, TexasTheir main objectives will be:
Drafts documents for leadership approval as well as to be shared across the organization. Monitors progress of various deliverables for leadership across the organization. Coordinates, documents, monitors, and supports a variety of meetings and conferences to include, but not limited to, scheduling and set up of physical and virtual meetings.Required Skills & Experience-Experience using Jira, Confluence and/or Sharepoint-Experience using Microsoft Office tools-Experience using TMT software tool-Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role-Associates Degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, etc.-TS/SCI clearanceBenefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matchingEmployees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
