POSITION
Responsibilities:
Ensure all NMS tool compliance with regulatory and security standards Maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of servers hosting network management tools Integration of all network monitoring systems with other platforms Coordinate work with other IT teams in an efficient manner Install and upgrade software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, assessing impact of issues, engaging vendor technical support teams Provide documentation and technical specifications to Network for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure Complete bug scrubs of new software to be implemented Implement automation for tools to deliver to logging pipeline, tool backup pipeline, event management pipeline Implement automation for privileged access management Troubleshoot, update, and clean up existing automation code Experience in:
