Driving to various locations include utilizing your personal vehicle (gas card provided after 2 weeks of service for driving duties).
Duties change daily depending on what is needed.
Must be willing to sign a non disclosure agreement (NDA) and complete a background check.
Some of the duties include:
- Managing rental properties & bookings (both in person & online) daily, weekly, & monthly and keep up with reports related to them - Communication liaison company wide (excellent verbal & written communication skills are a must) - Assist General Manager with assigned duties to include ordering food, setting up for meetings, anticipating needs - Help with established protocols - Utilize good customer service - Have a positive attitude - Create and update reports as needed - Pay invoices - Run errands (there are a lot!) - Problem solve - Follow through to completion Position is Monday through Friday, but may include hours on weekends or outside of business hours as needed - depending on rental communication and any emergencies.
