- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications - 1
years of experience in an HR role or related administrative position - Knowledge of basic HR processes - Proficient in using HRIS systems (e.
g.
, ADP, Paychex) and other HR software applications - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Must be willing to work a rotating schedule to include overnight shifts.
