Essential Role and Responsibilitieso Provide overall software development/configuration leadership for the project.
o Assist the Contractor PM and Solutions Architect with the analysis, design, development and testing of applications to include integration of the legacy and new system to share data.
o Review and verify implementation of applications according to design best practices, performance, and security.
o Review and assist in planning and execution of data integration and migration activities.
o Create and implement technical process modeling, user interface designs and data modeling.
o Work closely with Product Owner, IT Federal Project Manager (FPM) and Federal architect to fully understand the functional and technical requirements in the case management.
o Actively participate and provide inputs in the major design decision.

o Lead the development of secure, high quality, and high performing software system functionalities.

Qualifications Educationo Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or other relevant discipline.
Experienceo Software development experience using Agile development tools and methodologies.
o Knowledge of Appian software, including its integration capabilities and deployment options.
At least 5 years of implementation and administration experience with the Appian software.
Certification Industry-recognized certifications such as:
o Preferred Appian A-Score Certification of Level 2 Certified Solutions Developer Recommended Skills Administration Agile Methodology Case Management Data Integration Data Modeling Human Computer Interaction Apply to this job.
