CO+I is responsible for delivering, among other things, infrastructure, security, compliance, operations, globalization, and manageability.
Our focus is on smart growth, high efficiency, and delivering a trusted experience to customers and partners worldwide.
Within CO+I, the Datacenter Delivery (DCD) team, is responsible for the safe construction, commissioning, and system integration of datacenter capacity for Microsoft s cloud business.
The portfolio is complex, consisting of an increasing number of multi-year mega- datacenter projects spread around the globe.
With the high scale of CO+I delivery, it is critical to analyze performance and trends.
By understanding root causes and providing timely feedback to project teams, the teams can therefore be empowered to make better decisions, more rapidly.
We are looking to fill a critical role to drive performance measurements, benchmarking, and insights.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager - Construction Delivery Strategy to understand opportunities for delivery improvement, basing their feedback on data, industry best-practices, performance measurement and personal construction experience.
Ensuring predictability of delivery and investigating opportunities to accelerate speed to market will be core to the role.

Required/Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 6
years experience in Construction Project Management, Project Controls, Technical Program Management, or Engineering.
OR equivalent experience.
5
years experience in Leadership within Construction Project Management, Project Controls and Delivery, or Datacenter delivery.
3
years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Qualifications:
Experience running construction progress reviews.
Experience with integrating Owner and Contractor reports.
Experience with Power BI/App.
Proficient in analytics and definition of new analytical tooling.
Experience in leading construction innovation and transformation.
Construction field experience.
Experience leading project delivery on a portfolio of medium-to-large-scale projects across industries.
International team experience.
Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.
S.
is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.

Help reinforce the Construction Performance, Insights and Benchmarking function aimed at providing analytical feedback on all ongoing projects.

Participate in the roll-out of new processes aimed at optimizing progress capture and more expedited update of status reporting.
Develop executive insights to help Leadership support projects in need.
Develop business cases and pitch to leadership to mobilize commitment.
Demonstrate stakeholder management in order to ensure continuous improvement on identified critical areas.
Suggest improvements to General Contractor interfaces to influence behaviors based on performance and peer-group benchmarking.
Interpret Schedules and Earned Value Management, Estimating, Cost, Risk and Management of Change.
Understand and describe how projects intend to implement the Knowledge Management Plan.
Detail how the project will ensure the progressive integration of critical activities in line with ISO 21500 (Integration - International Organization for Standardization).
