The overall goal of each experience is to effectively diagnose customer needs to ensure all are addressed.

This position will be Work From Home; however, you must reside in San Antonio, TX to be considered In this position, you will:
Provide extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction Manage your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue Accurately document information exchanged during each call Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution Maintain records and document customer service actions and discussions Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities Other duties as assigned Who You Are:
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
Proven working experience in a customer service environment, preferably Technical Support Experience in providing customer service support Available to work Monday-Friday Proficient in communications Strong organizational and time-management skills Exceptional attention-to-detail Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills Who We Are:
