Five years of experience and felony jury trial experience is strongly preferred.
Candidates will be considered with less years so long as courtroom jury trial experience can substitute years of experience.
Strong emphasis will be placed on training, mentoring, employee wellness, and attorney team-based representation.
This position will allow the attorney to manage their own docket but also have support if they need to discuss strategy, case law, or to have a court setting covered.

Compensation drivers will be tied to years of experience, trial experience, and cultural fit.

Requirements:
Licensed to Practice Law in Texas.
The benefit package includes matching 401lK, medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and sick time.
The Firm also pays for Texas State Bar dues and relevant CLE's.
