We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our team as a civilian contractor at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly qualified Anesthesiologist to contribute their expertise to the healthcare team at Brooke Army Medical Center. As a civilian contractor through CentralCare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality patient care for military service members, veterans, and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to develop and implement anesthetic plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Anesthesiology.
- Board certification in Anesthesiology.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as an Anesthesiologist.
