Job Description
Responsibilities:
Enter invoices and credits
Process customer payments and reconcile daily deposits
Maintains petty cash trend, reconciles & deposits (record keeping)
Corporate Collections and Documentation
Complete AR customer collection processes & procedures
Assist with month end close and preparation for monthly operational budget reviews
Send customer statements
Solve inventory and invoice issues
Processes AP payments, batch credit card entries
Tracks costs, initiates, vendors and reconciles bank accounts
Skills:
Technical computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must have Accounting system experience. ERP experience (Great Plains or Timberline) a +
Must understand sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting workflow
1-2 years Previous Corporate AR Collections experience
Education - some Accounting classes required, prefer a BS in Accounting
Prefer 1-3 years of experience
Is a team player and may assist in other programs throughout the organization.
Detail oriented. ensures data integrity
Good project management skills.
Good written, verbal and communication skills.
10 key Knowledge preferred
MUST either be a US citizen or a Permanent Resident (valid green card)
Term: Contract to Hire
Salary Range: 15-16.00 an hour
