Real Estate Agent/Property Management Assistant
Real Estate Broker is in search of a licensed Real Estate Agent/Property Management Assistant to assist with the representation of a growing Residential Investment Company. Residential Investment Company currently owns 70
properties in the San Antonio area and is wanting to purchase 30
by the end of the year so there are plenty of deals to be worked on.
Your responsibilities will include searching for new properties for purchase, analyzing potential investments, listing existing properties for sale, assisting the property manager with leasing/managing the Residential Investment Company's current portfolio, and other administrative duties as assigned. This is a great position for a Newbie agent to learn while getting paid. Our typical closing time frame is 30-45 days, which means you will not have to wait that 6-12 months period most agents talk about to get going. We are purchasing fast and often and would like to employ an agent who will eagerly present us with multiple opportunities to further grow the company.
Compensation:

50% Commission Split)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
