This position has responsibility for planning and overseeing the complete regulatory and administrative research processes for clinical trials within the Urology Department. Responsibilities include coordinating regulatory submissions and function as compliance/oversight by monitoring study activities in observance of institution and department research regulations. Includes preparation and submission of regulatory forms, screening clinic schedules for the recruitment and retention of subjects, explaining study participation and procedures, collecting and recording human subject research data, and implementing all other study procedures according to the research protocols.
Defines and manages project needs within specified time lines and budget. Assist in recruitment and enrollment of patients for open clinical trials. Obtain informed consent, verify and record subject inclusion, observe retention and recruitment goals to ensure specific aims of grant are met. Assist with daily research operations such as conducting medical record reviews, research subject interviews and patient follow-ups, maintain research participant study files and subject notification efforts
Data entry, perform quality assurance of research subject data, maintain regulatory study binders, prepare research subject charts, assist research personnel with study data point monitoring.
Will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director. Travel with-in the medical center may apply.
Minimum education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with three (3) years of progressive research grant administration and coordination experience.
Preferred:
Experience with project oversight, regulatory policies and submissions. Phlebotomy experience. Must be able to work effectively with subjects, research staff and faculty in a multidisciplinary research setting and be able to complete all work in a timely manner. Must possess basic computer skills, excellent communication skills, able to obtain human subjects training certification (CITI) and be able to work independently. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
This position requires proof of pre-hire immunizations and testing.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
