Assistant Maintenance
United Apartment Group is NOW HIRING for a Assistant Maintenance Technician!
Responsibilities include getting apartments ready for occupancy, answering service requests, maintaining/repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, small/large appliances and some light interior/exterior painting when needed.
To qualify for this position you must have 2
years experience in building maintenance, strong verbal communication skills, ability to lift up to 80lbs., push/pull up to 200lbs., a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Current HVAC Certification.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
