Environmental Restoration Specialists (Multiple Locations)

SMITH/Associates is seeking experienced Environmental Restoration Specialists to be part of a team of consultants supporting the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) environmental program (AFCEC/CZR and AFCEC/CZO).

The team is responsible for assisting the Air Force in managing its environmental cleanup process across the United States. This support includes all aspects of Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) including program management; analyses; planning; coordination; data & financial management/analyses; metrics development and tracking; coordination, expertise in organizational change management; scheduling; execution; program requirements development and oversight support.

Job Description
The specific requirements of this position is described below:
Provide on-site oversight support services and associated deliverables for day-to-day execution and management of PBR; oversight support, tracking, and document reviews of PBR; and non-PBR execution and management tasks. The team member will function as an integral part of the Environmental Restoration Program (ERP) team at the installation, assisting with the following technical support services and associated deliverables:
Review and analysis of technical documents, identifying project requirements, development of scoping documents and site-specific narrative summaries
Field oversight of projects
Develop/analyze remedial technologies
Maintain project/program databases, EESOH-MIS, and ACES
QA/QC reviews of analytical results
Conduct data gap analysis
Ensure remedial projects are in compliance with project requirements
Track project schedule
Complete reports for regulatory review
Update Management Action Plans, Community Relations Plans, and other strategic planning documents
Maintain the Administrative Record
Participate in ERP meetings and briefings, and prepare presentation materials

Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in applicable field (advance degree, registration, or cert preferred)
6
years of experience in relevant environment program areas
At least one year experience with DoD environmental cleanup programs
Excellent communication, computer, and analytical skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
