Summary: Designs, implements and promotes talent acquisition and development activities/programs for key groups of employees. Positively motivates top managers and helps them grow the next generation of leaders for the organization.

Primary
Responsibilities:
Designs, develops and leads the implementation of the career development strategy.
Connects the career development strategy with the business strategy and HR Strategy.
Sets the basic schedule of career development activities during the year.
Promotes and regularly evaluates development programs in the organization.
Leads the design and implementation of different assessment tools.
Sets the methodology for the assessment and development centers.
Builds the functioning relationship with the top managers.
Leads strategic, organization-wide projects focused on the development of high potential leaders.
Works with managers on succession plans by department and company-wide.
Works with managers to determine external recruiting needs for executive and management level candidates.
Cultivates resources for executive/management level recruiting.
Screens, interviews and coordinates recruiting efforts for potential high level candidates.
Incorporates high level new-hires into career development programs and the company.
Other duties as needed and assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required; preferably Org Development, HR, or business related field.

years career development experience, including sourcing of executive/mid-management talent and succession planning.
Hands-on management approach
Familiar with recruitment and development best practice techniques.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, Influencing, and Facilitation Skills with the ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional Time Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong Analytical Skills
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
