Service Foreman (Texas First Rental)
The Service Foreman is responsible for establishing production goals, supervising, training, and evaluating service employees. This individual monitors physical requirements for work completion (facilities, tools, environmental) and communicates on an ongoing basis to his/her supervisor. Specific duties include but are not limited to:
Supervises shop employees to obtain top quality workmanship and efficiency in a repair and service shop environment
Monitors and controls time records, service reports, and shop maintenance activities
Plans and assigns work, enforces policies and procedures and recommends improvements in repair and service methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions
Manages company expenses through warranty and damage recovery
Requirements
This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who can work effectively with a variety of people and possess a strong technical aptitude and understanding of construction equipment and rental industry. Must be able to assimilate a broad range of information, schedule priority work effectively, and work successfully with both internal and external customers.
Additional Requirements:
Five to eight years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred
Aerial lift and fork lift certification required
High school/equivalent diploma or trade school diploma preferred
Valid driver's license
