Carenet Healthcare Services is seeking a high-performing, digitally-savvy and strategic Digital Marketing Director. The ideal candidate has a solid marketing and digital media background, along with experience managing b2b-oriented projects. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial, get-it-done mindset ? and someone who wants to be a part of a movement that helps health plans and providers engage with healthcare consumers in a way that changes lives.

What's the job?
The Digital Marketing Director is a key player in the organization?helping to plan, develop, deploy, manage and measure our marketing efforts. This individual brings creativity as well as critical thinking skills to the planning process, helping to infuse insight and inspiration into our work. Leveraging prospect nurturing skills and expertise in marketing automation and PPC campaigns, the Marketing Director ensures our marketing is effective and impactful.
Responsibilities:
Collaboratively develops, deploys and manages cohesive digital and cross-channel marketing plans and strategies, including lead generation, lead nurturing, social and brand awareness.
Connects vision and strategy to the details of design and execution of next-level branding and marketing activities
Ensures seamless day-to-day integration of marketing automation, website experiences and other key tactics
Delivers marketing strategies that are data-driven?via the use of analytics, continuous and advanced testing, understanding of data trends, user surveys, focus groups, etc.
Actively manages Marketo marketing automation environment, including maintaining the marketing database, campaign management, measurement and reporting tools
Collaborates to develop and refine nurturing streams to convert prospects into qualified sales leads
Supports internal brand-building activities; ensures the Carenet brand emanates across the company
Shares digital marketing insights and emerging trends; provides subject matter expertise while staying abreast of the industry and competitive landscapes
Liaises with ad agencies and other outside partners and vendors
Prioritizes marketing projects and allocates resources accordingly
Delivers timely, frequent insights and marketing performance reports
Manages and maintains corporate website, working closely with content director and designer
Supports social media marketing with metrics reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working in a corporate or agency strategic and brand marketing environment
Substantial, hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools; Marketo preferred
Must be an expert on digital marketing strategy to maximize brand awareness, market penetration and expansion strategies
Demonstrated experience successfully developing, managing and tracking b2b marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels
Proficiency acquiring and analyzing complex statistical data to measure, drive decisions and improve the performance of marketing activities
Proven success in defining and delivering industry-specific solutions that achieve broad customer adoption, revenue traction and market success
Experience managing a responsive, modern WordPress website/CMS
Understanding of social media metrics, reporting and best practices
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or similar, Masters or MBA a plus
Healthcare experience preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
