MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

This is a GG-12 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-12 duties for the Professional work category are at the Full Performance work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-12 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job. In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management positions. Experience:

Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge training principles, concepts, and methods; as well as wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to develop cyberspace and intelligence training programs. 2. Practical knowledge of funds management, budget procedures, and regulations governing APDP professional development and training activities. 3. Skill in applying standard qualitative and quantitative techniques sufficient to carry out assigned projects and studies. 4. Ability to gather facts and use effective, analytical, and evaluative methods to accurately assess information and make sound decisions and recommendations. 5. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. 6. Knowledge of federal organizations, agencies, and Department of Defense (DoD), involved with and responsible for Cyber policy formulation and implementation as it applies to USAF Cyber missions. Knowledge of security practices for ensuring the safeguarding of classified information. PART-TIME OR UNPAID

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
