We are currently seeking a Field Tech Associate Director to join our team in San Antonio, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Provides front-line supervision to an operational, production, sales, service, or administrative team of 30+ or more employees.
- Supervises the team typically responsible for a high number of transactions or processes.
- Assigns work to direct reports.
- Recommends and takes action on hiring, firing, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Provides first-line leadership to a small field service team and/or a small supplier relationship.
- Provides direct oversight of daily team activities.
- Suggests process improvements to field operations, including tool implementation.
- Execute service delivery (IMAC, Break Fix, Desk Side Support) according to Managed Client Policy &Procedure Guide.
- Coordinates with Client End User on expectations and availability to conduct Managed Client Services.
- Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact End User experience and follows through on action steps.
- Strives to meet all Client SLAs & Customer Satisfaction Goals.
- When required provides onsite shadowing to NTT Program Field Service Team.
- Serves as an entry point to develop both technical and customer skills to grow into broader and more challenging field services roles.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.
- Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
Basic
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of Field Tech Management/Supervisor experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in troubleshooting skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in understanding of the fundamentals of network, server, and desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools, and equipment.
Preferred Skills:
- Healthcare experience highly preferred.
- Applies basic understanding of customer service techniques as required to address problems with PC based tools and products.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
